  • First time here today with a group of friends for Valentine's Brunch! The theme of Public School is so darn cute! From the blackboard/chalk writings on the walls, their composition menus, binder paper napkins, and more! Such a fun theme especially for adults, getting that feel of old school memories while drinking some beers from the bar. Anyway, great vibes. I especially love that after eating inside, our group went to their outside patio and played some beer pong, life size connect 4 and life size Jenga! We came in and stayed from 11am-4pm. Oh shoot I totally forgot to mention the food!!! Anyway, food was awesome! LOVED their chicken & waffles!! Gotta have that for brunch. Also great to share! My boyfriend got the stuffed French toast so we shared with each other. His order was a little too much on the sweeter side than I prefer, but it was still good! Our whole group also got bottomless mimosas - which carried us onto the outside patio for more drinks to come haha. ~~~ in my update for my review I just wanted to give a shout out to the service my friends and I received today. Honestly I always feel so terrible whenever I go to restaurants with a large group. I understand how large groups could be difficult esp in a setting where drinks are involved.. well today Emilia was our waitress and the entire time, she was super happy, energetic and just really took care of us (keep in mind our group was about 23 people) even when things were getting complicated, esp at the end when we were handling the check and everyone wanted to split it, she never showed that she was bothered or stressed. I have never experienced that with a server while having a big group before, so thank you so much Emilia, you rock. Don't change! ~~
