  • I love Island sushi, I've been coming here for years, but last night was probably the worst experience ever. The service was absolutely terrible, it does get busy, but the server at least will acknowledge you. We sat for 10 minutes before anyone came over to get our drink order, and another 10 after that for the server to come take our orders. The combination that my niece ordered came out with only half the items, and we seemed to inconvenience our server when we asked for the rest of her items. The first roll that we ordered which is my husband's favorite ended up coming out at the very end of our visit we had to ask twice about it, and when it finally came out it was, burnt, dried out and inedible. Thankfully the busser was good with filling our drinks because ordering was impossible all night. The service has really gone down. They used to be so friendly and fast even when it's busy.
