My nightmare here started when i called to ask if i was eligible for an upgrade, the girl on the line told me she was just a tech and couldnt answer my question and i had 2 options...1 i could wait on the line for someone who could help or 2 i couldcome in and theycould takecare of me. Already this is silly for a simple question. Upon walking in i was not greeted or even acknowledged in any way. After signing in i waited 2 hours and watched 3 people who arrived after me be serviced first, i assume because they had appointments which i was never told might be a better option in fact i was never told it was an option. I finally asked a tech where i was at in line and the guy was so rude he never even looked away from his phone to talk to me. He did however in a very impatient way tell me i was next. So 45 min later and 2 other people going ahead of me and watching him whisper and walk out i finally got sick of it and left. This experience as like all before with this store and company have been nothing but trouble i am actually going to end my contract and take my business elsewhere
