  • Hadn't had a haircut since we moved here from Texas, and that was at a commercial hair cut place that rhymes with "blooper butts." I was shaggy enough that people might start thinking I'm a flowering saguaro if I didn't do something, or even worse, an owl might nest on top of my head. Well, I asked around the Internets and Barber Shop @ Carefree came up over and over again, with the mysterious and legendary Nathan and his expert team of hair length reduction professionals. Stopped in today and it was really everything I'd missed all those times at the commercial hair cut place. Anthony had me in the chair in no time, asked me what I wanted, and - miracle of miracles - actually listened to me. We talked through what I needed, and he started trimming away at my mane like an expert cutting a topiary shrub. In just a little while, my hair was back to normal, and Nathan stopped by to check and make sure everything was good. A nip and a snip later, I was ready to roll with no fear of nesting owls, and a haircut that my wife may actually like for a change. Nathan and Anthony really have a good thing going. Thanks guys! I'll be back.
