This store seems to think that during certain times of the day that a traditional checkout isle is not needed and that everyone should go through the self-checkout. Yes they did have someone there to assist, but they were busy handling issues with the machine. I had a quantity of an item and I wasn't about to scan each item in individually. Flagged down assistance for that. Then the machine froze. I needed assistance again, but the clerk was helping others who were having issues with the machines and I had to wait. If you're not going to have a traditional check-out lane available, then I will take my business across to big blue.
