  • If you have a little girl who loves princesses, having a princess party with a REAL princess visit is a MUST! We hired Robyn Van Dyke for our two daughters' birthday party... they were turning 5 and 3 and and we had a Sleeping Beauty themed party at our house. We had Princess Aurora come for the hour package. The girls had no idea she was coming, so they were surprised and thrilled when she arrived at our door. She fully engaged the girls, with stories, dancing activities, a magic cookie trick, a candy hunt game and a little fashion show, where each little princess was "presented" to the court (the watching parents)... seeing each little girl come down the staircase and pose with Princess Aurora was adorable. We had about 12 little princesses all wearing their favorite princess costumes and just having a fabulous time. My daughters still talk about thier princess party all the time, it was a very memorable party for them and their friends. I had researched party performers in Vegas quite a bit before finding Robyn's website. All Character performers are pretty pricey, I found her prices in line with other companys and definitely a fair price.... money well spent, especially for how excited the girls were. She was very professional, returned my calls promptly, and arrived on time. Now for the shallow part of my review. She's tall and pretty, and actually LOOKS like the princesses your daughters know and love. You can go to her website and check out the pictures of her character selection and see an acurate picture of who will be showing up at your party. I checked out some other princess performer sites, and I have to say that in many of the pictures I saw, the princess's did NOT look very 'authentic'. I'm trying to keep my review positive and polite, so thats all I'll say about that. My thought is if I'm going to spluge on hiring a princess to come to my party, she ought to look like a young, pretty princess. Robyn definitely delivers on her authenticity. I'd highly recommend her services if you have a party or special event you want a Princess for.
