  • I work for Caesars Palace and I inquired to my manager about where she gets her hair done at. She said she goes to Mandalay Bay to Robert Cromeans Salon (down the escalators, not the other salon) and she recommended that I go see Carrie! If I do say so myself, I was just blown away by the customer service and attitude the whole salon gave me. Friendly, professional and alert, they were ready to assist. Back to Carrie, she was a goddess at saving my crispy and dead hair from this summer heat. I inquired about a picture which I wanted the same length and color, and she gave me her professional opinion that she would damage my hair if she bleached it to get that specific blonde so I agreed and I couldn't have been way happier. She started to trim just for the length at first, then took me over to get the color done, which she was very patient in. Then once it was set, she took me to wash it out and she gave me HANDS DOWN the BEST SCALP MASSAGE EVERRRRR! I am not exaggerating! She was very polite and asked me if she was hurting me and always checked to see if I was doing ok. She is phenomenal at her skills of hair! Once she was done layering and styling my hair, I looked like a completely different woman! I am only 21 years old, straight off the plane from Hawaii and I have long thick hair which I was really having a hard time parting with, but I did it! Carrie made the process painless and careful! I left my hair in her hands and for my first professional cut and style, I will be forever coming to Robert Cromeans to Carrie as long as I shall live! I sound dramatic but my hair is making me act crazy and want to be all knowing of hair now! LOL again Carrie is hands down bad ass hair stylist you will ever come across!
