  • I decided to buy a new car several months ago but was in no particular hurry as I wanted to do my homework first to decide what to buy. I finally narrowed it down to either a Honda CRV or a Mazda CX-5. I test drove both and decided on the Honda, in a fetching metallic teal color (Mountain Air I think its called). Not all the Honda dealers in Phoenix had that color in stock, but Arrowhead and Bell Honda did. After dickering back and forth with several dealers, including Bell Honda who "accidentally" had the $399 Appearance Package added in twice to their best price, I met Brianna Westbrook at Arrowhead. She gave me their best price for the car I wanted in the color I wanted and promised she would have me out the door in my freshly detailed new CRV with a full gas tank within an hour. Granted we were paying cash, but still--one hour. We actually made it out in less than 50 minutes! I would highly recommend Brianna to anyone looking to purchase a Honda. She's knowledgeable, no-nonsense and is true to her word. Arrowhead Honda will be my Honda dealership of choice going forward.
