  • Beautiful sweets that are not too sweet. There are more flavors in the world and bakeries than just sugar. I don't really understand why most American bakeries don't understand that. All the subtle nuances of fruit, eggs, matcha, and azuki come out and complement one another. There is an obvious quality in everything they do, from the taste to the presentation to the packaging. There is nothing more delightful in the world than a warm crepe filled with goodness.
