  • I can't even give this salon one star. Where do I even begin? I have never gotten treated so poorly at any other salon in my entire life and I've had some pretty bad experience but never as bad as this one. The worst part about it is that I was being served by the owner. First off she asked me to show her a picture of how I wanted my nails to look like and so I did and I had said I wanted the same design but different shape and she didn't listen to me because she started doing a completely different shape. So when I told her no I wanted a round shape and not coffin she didn't quite understand so I just settled with it even though I don't like that shape. When I showed her the design I wanted she ensured me 3 times that she could do it like what's shown in the picture and she had already messed up the most important part which was the color of the nails. I wanted a matte black but she had applied a shellac color black and I had told her that she wouldn't be able to do a matte with that but she said she could so I trusted her. Then she starts applying a matte topcoat on my shiny black nails and that wasn't working nor was it what I wanted. So she applied a different matte topcoat and that worked but it was so sloppy and now I had about 5 layers of nail polish on my nails which made them look thick and messy. Not only did they look bad but now I'm paying an extra 15 dollars for shellac when it's unnecessary. When I began to tell her I was unsatisfied with how they looked she got very upset and told me "no they look fine" last time I checked I'M THE PAYING CUSTOMER. She then began to yell and argue with me about how I'm the "problem" then took it upon herself to chop off the nails and I asked what she was doing and she's like I am doing a new set for you even though she didn't ask me and I told her no I don't have time for that. She got so upset then she began pointing her finger in my face and her putting her telephone in my face. I felt so disrespected and to top it off another nail tech was telling her how she should have used a regular nail polish which is what I told her and she didn't listen to me so obviously she doesn't know what she's doing. It was very unprofessional and disgusting behavior for a bussiness owner. She also refused to let a different nail tech do my nails because I no longer trusted her. This place is terrible with the exception of one nail tech who actually knew what she was doing because her clients nails looked beautiful. I would highly recommend staying far away from this place and spend your money else where.
