  • One of the worst Property Management companies I have ever dealt with Shana W. has no customer service or regard for tenants. We were great Tenants I drove to their office every month just to pay rent and mind you I live in Henderson, so it was not a close drive but anyway On December 19th when I went home from work I saw a "No Cause" notice to move out by January 31st since the owners decided to sell the home I resided in. My lease was renewed back in August so how was this possible Ridiculous. We all know how long this process takes to find another home and pack so it was such an Inconvenience but did we get an apology even an ounce of any sympathy at all from this so called Property Management Company nothing at all! I called and asked Shana what the process was, does the Home have to be cleaned since we were given such a short notice. She stated the Home had to be cleaned and left exactly how it was left to us, then I told her if she realized how long it takes to find a place, pack and move. All she said was yes that's all, she does not care about the tenants. When we moved out they did not give our full deposit back I have read the reviews online the common complaint was they pick on the tiniest Knicks that is exactly right they do. The house was spotless carpets cleaned ready to move in. Our AC went out and it took 1 and 1/2 weeks for it to be fixed during the miserable summer. The emergency line was non existent no such thing also they will not deduct rent for you nor help you with providing a place to temporarily stay until the repair is done I have 3 kids so dangerous. On another note every time I came into the office to pay rent I would ask for a copy of my money order Yvonne from the front desk so would say that I had a receipt of my money order with their stamp already. BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY horrible!! I bought my own home & we are so Happy,the only upside to the situation.
