  • It took me a while before I decided to write this review to be sure of the place. I have contracted with them for several months the rate will slowly change and only increase. The price online is to hook you. After the first few months price jump to up to 50 percent. The staff appear friendly. There are some additional concerns beyond price. Your access code may work or not work. So you may or may not get in the facility during off hours where main office isn't open. People have cut locks. Not sure what's going on with the camera and security. The cameras don't cover all areas. This one person in a nearby unit left boxes outside of the unit for a while. I had to notify them about it. They didn't catch this in the "camera" or do a walk around sweep to notice this. Locks were cut off and on the floor when this was brought to their attention management attempted to alert me that it's just people who don't want to pay their bill not people breaking in to units.... hmmm.....I see that but with limited camera access I am not sure they are being honest. Real reviewer here. Looking at the other people with no picture and two random reviews on their profile where they give this place 5 stars all the way around - fake!!!
