  • It appears that these people do not need Customers. They did not want to honor the online specials that they Advertise. Not really understanding why this happened. Very disappointing especially since my husband even has a unit there that he has paid for for awhile. It also seems that they continue to raise your rent once you are a Customer. We will be taking our business elsewhere. I despise a company that will advertise one thing and then when they feel they have you they won't honor what they advertised! Bad business practice! I guess the Customer doesn't count for much! Not sure why there is a 4 star rating on this business.
