  • This place is the worst. I rented from them for all of two weeks and had two negative experiences. 1. I took a day off work for some mandatory property inspection, no one ever showed up. 2. When I moved out they told me they would have the refund for my deposit ready when I turned in the keys. Dropped the keys off and they said they didn't have it ready, but they would mail it to me within 7 days. It's now been a month and they still haven't returned my $1250, or replied to numerous calls and emails. It appears I'm going to have to take them to small claims court to get the money they owe me.
