  • Purchased a deal for this company through Angie's list. I scheduled three different slots that he sends to you after the purchase. After he never showed or called after the third slot expired - I decided to call him. I asked Robert why he never called, he said he had been very busy. Strike One Robert then scheduled a Saturday morning apt ( we are now going into 2 weeks since the first time I tried to make an apt) . Guess what? Robert no show's a second time, and no call even though I game him my number. Strike Two! I decided to call him and guess what? His voice mail if full. I tried to text him and guess what? He ignored the text. I called again later that day and Robert answers and give me some lame excuse how his trailer was full and he could re-schedule for the next week. We now are into the 3rd week. I asked him when he thought he could make it. He stated that the next two days were full. Guess what? Strike three and your done. This guy is horrible. Why advertise a deal on Angie's list and not even follow up once. Do yourself a favor, do not waste your time with this guy. There are plenty of business' that value their customer's. Robert is definitely not one of them !!!
