  • I bought a one year subscription to LVRJ last July (paid in full). I just found out, my subscription period has been shorten by about 3 months. I called and their customer rep and they said they had a rate increase and shortened by subscription based on the higher rate and they refuse to honor the one year subscription. It seems illegal to me. Even if it is were legal, it is pure stupidity on their part. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau.
