  • If I could leave no stars I would. These people are jokes for real id stay clear from the manager Elonda she is very rude but tries to "sound" understanding.. they left me without a properly working ac unit for 2 months and I was paying rent every month before the grace period well this time the 5th falls on a Saturday & no way in hell am I leaving it on the door for anyone to steal I went in on the next business day and now I'm charged 130$ for fees that shouldn't have even been applied since I was technically not late if I went to pay on the next business day with my deposits dated on the 4th which were money orders.. and now since I didn't have an extra 100 when I went to pay now I'm 200 in fees and they still won't except my rent without the fullll amount of late fees. They won't even work with me they said they would help with the fees and everything and know because I was angry and got loud with her when I called to find out if they would help she tells me nope sorry have a good life. Lady is lucky I'm not worthless enough to go to jail. Worst people EVER I
