  • I had great expectations, the menu was exciting, some natural selections, juices, cage free eggs, etc. It was my first visit to First Watch. I ordered the Avocado Toast and an egg. The thick brown bread was cold. The avocado real cold. I expected this to be warm. The egg had light and dark yellow highlights and was not fluffy. It just laid there. There was no garnish or other color. ( I would have included a pico de gallo or a little fruit for a pop of color and flavor.) It could have been much better for almost $10. I actually, was still hungry. My friend had a breakfast burrito, it was "healthy" with quinoa, corn, pepper strips, black beans, egg whites, and had no real taste. He kept salting it. The coffee was fresh, dark and aromatic...we enjoyed that. I would love to come back, but....
