the sushi here is... meh. the fish is fresh, it's not bad, but nothing to write home about. note to all - if you're gonna get the "premium rolls" don't make a spicy roll premium. you can't really taste a huge difference, and you'll save yourself a good $3-4.
we SHOULD have taken the waitress' advice and ordered only off the grill menu. we tried the bacon wrapped scallops. so. good.
i really liked the whole decor/ambiance thing. aside from being realllllllly crowded. we liked the cleverness of the sushi menu description - one of those spiky clip ball things, and the (albeit mostly useless) river rocks.
so, although i wasn't feeling fanatical about the place over the sushi, i'd try it again. just the grilled foods. bc those scallops were awesome.
