  • I came across this store not realizing it was run by Nordstrom. Once I found out, I really wished I had not. I could not believe that a company as well respected as Nordstrom would have the audacity to sell some of the items they did. To find luxury brands like Burberry, Armani, Jimmy Choo, Prada and Gucci being sold in virtually unusable condition for over $100 is horrible. Rips, holes and stains are commonplace on items and you can even find the occasional feces on the bottom of shoes. Yes there are 'treasures' to be found and the staff is fairly nice, so the store barely squeaks out 2 stars. However, the fact this store exists in the first place, shows Nordstrom in a very bad light.
