  • I don't know why their rating is so low, I've been going to them for years and Sylvia "Menasco" Averett is absolutely the best gynecological APN. After losing my other awesome OBGYN because of Nevada's high price of malpractice insurance, I didn't ever think I'd find another doctor. Because of not wanting to have to look for another gyno doctor, I didn't get my pap smear for three years after my son was born. I got lucky enough to go to Green Valley OBGYN and they caught my severe dysplasia before it became severe cancer. My sister in law was referred to her from a friend and to my surprise I think was the same OBGYN I refered her to. My sister couldn't be happier, they helped her with a problem she had been having for over a year and got it fixed within the next two weeks. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
