  • Very accommodating when I made my appointment (hence the 1 star). However, the hygienist tried to up-sell me on a couple procedures I know weren't necessary. When I politely declined, an unlicensed employee "polished" my teeth, nothing more. A far cry from the cleaning I'm use to having every 6 months. I will not return and cannot wait to drop my HMO dental plan.
