  • Despite knowing I will have a poor experience when I walk in here, I keep returning for the vegan ice cream which is consistently on point. My concerns are not with the product I get from here. Every single visit I'm a witness to total lack of passion, lack of inspiration, and lack of excellence in customer service. The small Asian man with pain in his eyes who is always working here is literally driving business out. Every time the owners and/or operators neglect customers as they walk in (which has been every single time in my experience), it is an INDIVIDUAL CRY FOR HELP from the people owning and operating this store. Fix it. You owe your community and the institution of veganism much better than this.
