I have been a member of this gym for years off and on, long before it became an LA Fitness. Like many other reviewers have noted it's a pretty dated location with older, somewhat worn equipment. Since the LA Fitness buy-out not a whole lot has changed, except for the prices, which are more expensive than 24-Hour memberships. I've continued my membership mostly due to convenience rather than overwhelming satisfaction.
When it switched to LA Fitness, I did a personal training assessment with Raine, who, as other reviewers have said, is wonderful. Had the personal training program not had a minimum 6-month commitment and a hefty price tag, I definitely would have loved to continue training with her!
Bottom Line: Decent place to get in a workout if you're willing to pay the price.
