  • Long story but this is not an upscale place. It's comparable to a holiday inn. Check in waslousy and at 3, we got there at 5, and our room was still not ready. Nobody knew what was going on and the check in guy disappeared for 5 mins behind closed doors. Valet helped him figure things out. Valet situation was crummy, wasn't there, then was, then wouldn't take my keys - upsetting. self park is not an option... 2 blocks away. Valet is $19 a night. Room was good beds are good and lots of room to move and feel comfy in. Furniture was a bit dirty. Bartender was snippy. Breakfast was good. AM staff in restaurant was good, but sweaty. We upgraded with the IHG reservation to have bfast included, it was not powdered eggs and crummy pancakes but a legit bfast buffet. Nice. Watch your bill! Had to watch and call credit card co, because it was processed after 12, so it came up as lunch! $84 overcharge if I didn't look at my online card bill . This would have been a fine experience, but it was a premium hotel brand that deserves to be a LOT better than the experience we got. Quality Inn experience with a good room and buffet.
