  • This review is for thunderbird and 53av. Simon med books appointments and will keep you waiting for extended wait times. I went on a Saturday and all the front office staff, and the med techs were having a chatting session. Apparently there are no supervisors to insure patients are properly treated, and appointments are honored. When I waited for over a hour I approached the front desk, and informed the receptionists would have to reschedule . They had the nerve to say they could bring e back right away. If you go after hours or on the weekend, be prepared for poor service. This large company doesn't have any care about patients. If your insurance covers any other imaging like valley radiology and you want to be treated with dignity and respect. When the cats away the mice will play. Simon medical has no concern about their patients. Beware!!!!!!!!!
