  • Pho is average and service is truly terrible. It become immediately obvious how terrible the service is and that some of the staff clearly don't value their jobs, or have the slightest I understanding of what customer service is. Check in process is a joke. Stood there and watched people who came in after me get seated first and there's no hostess.
