  • This store can fuck right off. Lowballed me on brand new release blu rays. $5 for a limited edition Force Reborn and Mad Max so they can sell them for $30+? Uhhh, pass. Staff is rude and have no concept of customer service aside from saying "Hi" as you walk in without looking up from their computers. Wade is the only good employee there, very nice guy and helpful, just sucks he has to be surrounded by rude, incompetent workers like 'Rebecca.' They fucked me out of $40 basically by not honoring their buy 3 get 1 free because I took an hour between purchasing 3 different box sets at $30-40 each. So I spent $100+ there yet they don't honor their own promotion.. Guarantee if I had bought $2 dvds and wanted my free $3 Blu ray they'd have no problem. But after buying some of their more expensive box sets they sure didn't want to just give me another $30+ set, so they can fuck right off, sketchy ass bastards. Not to mention Rebecca hands me my last box set with the most half assed cleaning job I've ever seen. ALL disks had her fingerprints and swirls on them because she spent exactly 1 second buffing each one, whereas Wade would take 20-30 on each one, spraying them before hand even, which she didn't even bother to do. That's my last trip there, I go there because it's close, but Zia had always been better to me. So avoid this place unless you have no other choice or don't feel like going to a much better store like Zia. Forgot to mention, they must use some archaic credit card scanner because it declined two of my cards after she tried to run them a few times each, so I finally just paid with my debit card. The next day I check my card statements, LO AND BEHOLD, ALL of her attempted swipes apparently went thru so I had triple charges on two cards because of her and their scanner. I called my credit card companies (which is just always so much fun, so thanks for that Buyback) and disputed all the charges and waiting on refunds. Just so sketchy, sketchy, sketchy.... And just in case you didn't read it here or elsewhere, their staff sucks, so rude and unhelpful, as if I'm bothering them because I'm forcing them to DO THEIR JOB.
