  • Fabulous meal prepared onsite by a talented chef! My colleague hired this caterer for a team dinner at her home. The food was delish, presentation lovely, and the chef + crew super friendly. We started with three different types of bread, warm from the oven and drizzled with local olive oil. It was served on pretty boards with shaved butter shaped like a rose. I can't even describe it- check out the pics. Next up was hand-stretched mozzarella (yes, the chef does this himself) with prosciutto and melon that was surprisingly sweet for December. Gnocchi were little pillows served in a tomato sauce that was perfect for dipping the bread. We chose from two options ahead of time. I went with the salmon which was cooked perfectly. My colleagues said the steak was just as good. Dessert blew my mind- blueberry crumble ice cream, butter cake and a mascarpone base. Light, sweet (but not too sweet), fantastic. They brought all the plates, flatware, glasses, linens, and cleaned it all up after. So easy, so elegant. Highly recommend!
