  • This restaurant does a good job Americanizing traditional Filipino dishes. The food still has the flavors you are looking for in Filipino dishes, but they make it in a modern way. I really enjoyed the deconstructed Kare Kare and the Bibingka soufflĂ©; but of course, they are still no match to the dishes my parents make at home! Overall this is a good place to try Filipino food for your first time if you don't want to dive into the native stuff right away.
