rev:text	I drove 30mins to go to this place because of all the good reviews I read on Yelp. Let me honestly tell you I was very disappointed with her service. When I reached there she was almost done with her client and asked me to wait. Which was fine. Then she asked me to come in. As soon as I stepped in the first thing she asked is the groupon so she can redeem it! Really! Even before she works on me!! As soon as she marked it redeemed she asked me if I had gel on my nails? I said yes. She said she will charge $5.00 extra to remove it! I said that she was going to do gel mani anyways and most good salons don't charge extra if you are getting another gel done. She refused to which I commented that she should have mentioned this in the groupon, but she never replied. When she asked me to select a color, I asked her if all her gel colors have matching colors for pedi ( I had gel mani and spa pedi) She said no. So I started looking at the colors and within seconds she asked me to sit on the chair for pedi as I had to simultaneously soak my fingers to remove gel polish and this would take time!!! What? I said I haven't had time to select a color at which she handed me an incomplete nail polish display board and told me to sit on the chair for a pedi. As she handed me the display she said "all the colors are not displayed as I doesn't have time to do them" So how am I to select? She was rushing right from the beginning. By now I was repenting buying the groupon for this. Anyhow, to late to do anything and with not much of a selection, I picked a gel color from the display board and then she said that I should pick another back up color in case she cannot match the gel with regular polish. Huh? So I did and handed the board to her. She gets the polish and sits down to start my pedi when I told her that the polish she had was not the color I selected. "Oh I can't find the number showed on the display so I picked something closest to your choice" Excuse me!! If you are going to select the color why even bother asking me!!!! I kept saying to myself" big mistake in buying this groupon"!! Helplessly, I gave in and went with the color she selected. In 20 mins she was done with a spa/deluxe pedicure! Really! No scrubbing, no massage!!!. All she did was used exfoliating lotion and didn't bother to use a foot scrubber. Everywhere I have had even a regular pedi they have given me a little massage, and here I was paying for a Deluxe ped with no massage!!! When she started working on my finger nails I saw her using an electric filer and I told her I did not want that to which she said she was going to do light filing only. Then I told her I really didn't want her using that on my nails. Reluctantly she stopped using it and then looked at the tone. That'll is when I realised that she must be expecting another client and hence was rushing to get my nails done. Bingo!! I was right. Her next client stopped in to let her know that she was waiting outside. Of course I don't know what time the next appt was but u was sure that Shella was trying to get this job done ASAP!!! I will never go back for sure. Anyway, I was hesitant to write a review like this, but then I know there are people who rely a lot on Yelp reviews, like me and it's always nice to hear the good with the bad. This way people have a choice and know what to expect.
