Choose another dealership. I bought a brand new 2015 Hyundai Elantra in September. In two weeks the engine check light was on so I brought it in to be looked at. 5 hours later I still hadn't heard from them so I called and Daniel informed me that my solenoid was out and the piece had to be special ordered. No loaner or rental car would be provided. (I invested in the best upgraded warranty they offered) So I was to be without a car for at least 24 hours. The next day I got a call saying the wrong part was ordered and they needed another day with my car. I had to insist and call the sales manager for a loaner car at this point. They provided me with a dirty, smoked in version of my car. The next day I got a call and the man told me my car WAS all done and ready to be picked up but The mechanic taking it for a test drive got into a car accident. I'm pretty understanding about things and realize that stuff happens, but how they handled this was beyond unprofessional. They basically acted like it was my problem and were demanding that I fax over a letter giving them permission to fix the car and contact MY insurance company. I was at work. Daniel called me back and said "we really need you you get these things now done so we can get your car into the body shop". I Kelley blue booked my car and because of the accident my car had lost almost $1,500 of value. Went from "excellent" condition to "good". I went into the dealership and talked to the manager about replacing my car. He told me that he had worked there for 10 years and had NEVER seen someone get a replacement car. He had also never heard of a dealership wrecking a brand new car. He ended up talking to the owner of the dealer ship and the owner agreed with me, so I got a new car. (Why they have 2 stars) I was pleasantly surprised considering the customer service this far. They needed me to come in on a Saturday when the correct finance manager would be there so I took a half day off work. When I got there the man who sold me the car came up to me and said "are you excited that you're getting a brand new car?" My response? No, I already HAD a brand new car and a WHOLE lot less inconvenience. Not once in this entire transaction did anyone recognize that I was being inconvienced. Not one apology. Nothing. They are typical salesman who make you feel like, no matter what, THEY are doing YOU a favor.
