  • Total and complete incompetence! Was told delivery would come at a certain time, never happened, told 2 hours later... nothing. Finally called in and was given the same old story about a truck breakdown. Said it would take 4 more hours... meanwhile my wife can't discharged from the hospital until the device is delivered. It is never anyone's fault at the company, no one takes ownership and no one is enabled to act and solve problems. The quintessence of modern corporate hell...
