  • The repair guy they sent out made me pay him personally and not the company....he is working on the "side"and he told me he normally does this, and is very insistent that you pay him cash! ....I later figured out he had put in very used and old parts (when I paid full price for new), he refused to do anything. I called the company to complain and to tell them what is going on, and they just didn't care....and he is still working there! I filed with the ROC because he broke the law and I am out a lot of $......and now he has a warrant out for his arrest because he did not come in for his court date....(I attached the notice of the warrant from the Attorney General on my Google review, as I was unable to post it here) I told B&L and they don't care....so just know that your repair guy they send may be a known criminal/thief.....I would highly consider calling another company for your repairs! ALSO....just like the previous review posts....they REFUSED to honor their warranty! $3,200 of product purchased and they said "call someone else"...NOT a company that we should be doing business with!
