  • As the calendar year winds down, I think "I need to use my massage benefits asap!". Step Up was the first clinic I found in Toronto that did easy appointment bookings online. I was paired up with RMT Quincey, and this was the first massage I'd had in a very long time. The clinic was easy to find and navigate. I was greeted by the front desk and since I was early, I was able to deal with my payment beforehand which made for an simple check out. Quincey was prompt, explained the whole process and made me feel comfortable. She even targeted my back/neck knots due to working at a desk job. The overall experience was smooth and I can't stress how direct billing to insurance companies makes life so much easier. Would highly recommend this clinic and will be back soon!
