Absolutely atrocious customer service.
A.) We were contacted by Uhaul to say a unit was finally available at this location. Received a confirmation email stating our price of 109.99 and we could move in July 2nd (had to be out of our current place by July 3rd) My husband arrives on July 2nd to check in only to be told rudely by the manger there were no such units. Didn't help him. Just basically said you are scr*wed. Finally after 20 or so calls to customer service we finally get Maria at the store who helps us. She was the ONLY person who cared and tried to help. She had to put us in a different bigger unit that was more expensive. Customer service said don't pay the bigger amount and our next month would be at the 109.99 rate.
B.) A week before our next month we get a letter from Don (assuming the owner who never once was notified of our extensive troubles) that our rate would be jacked up to $135 excluding taxes and fees beginning August 14th.
Are you kidding me people? This is the WORST company for customer service we have EVER encountered.
Corporate hasn't even tried to make things right. So if you want to store your stuff where they block you in with Uhaul trucks, ignore your phone calls and jack up the rates on you, be my guest. You can be sure we will NEVER use Uhaul for anything ever again.
If I could give 0 stars I would.
