Getting a massage in Las Vegas is always a crap shoot. i was curious to see if they actually paid attention to me asking them for a knowledgeable massage Therapist. I registered and circled the areas of my focus. Shoulders front and back and quads. My quads and chest were completely ignored except for a 2 min touch let Side. No quads or inner thigh no Glute work. I Won't be coming back.
The tip didn't feel like it was optional. $15 and up. I wanted to actually figure out what i could tip based on the time (90min) Groupon price and quality of the massage. Sub par. But there was little room to talk because i said ok $15. The therapist was obviously unhappy because the walked out. The general manger said something Quick in another language and it just felt really uncomfortable.
The experience was not satisfying.
I don't believe the massage therapist had a lot of experience. One of the first things i said to myself as i left it's i need a real massage
Edited 3/25:
I sincerely think that the massage therapist yesterday was NOT licensed or certified. I dare you to put up the massage therapsit LMT number or actual certificate.
The fact that Joyce the owner wants to tell me that i can't have chest(pectoralis) and adductors or quads worked in BECAUSE they're licensed and certified is an absolute JOKE!
REAL licensed massage therapists have a plan cover the body and an understanding of the muscles and how they run(origin to insertion) they had an intake form at Avalon spa and if i were to show you mine that i gave Joyce the owner when walking in had four circles. Two Covering front and back shoulder (that includes deltoids and chest) and two covering my quads and TFL.... I'm saddened to readThat no attempt is made to fix the issue so I'm downgrading my star from 2 to 1 and i hope nobody goes to this Akward place.
