  • A few years ago I had Auto Details install a Viper security system for me. It was a unit I got elsewhere, but didn't feel competent to install myself. The appointment, the install and the follow up went flawlessly. I couldn't have been happier. Fast forward a few years and I crushed one of the remotes. The other one got broken while I was trying to change the batteries. Again, I came in to Auto Details with two remotes I purchased from Amazon and they graciously offered to program them for me. At the same time, they discovered that my siren was no longer functioning properly. They needed to order that part, which they did. It came in in two days and we scheduled another appointment. The car was in and out in under 30 minutes each time and I can't believe how little they charged me. They were more than fair, and now my system is back working as well as ever. From what I've experienced in five visits now over three years, they are top notch - friendly and quite competent.
