The online billing portal is confusing. Customer service over the phone is not friendly or understanding whatsoever (3 different calls)
There is no alternative service in town and the pickup guys leave the bins too far into the street where they get hit by cars, stolen or blown away.

No thanks... I'm done talking to your customer service personnel, they guy i talked to wouldn't explain things and was cold and dry. Another issue is your notifications, I get an email when payment is due... I get an email when payment was made... BUT no email when a possible lean is about to be put on my address for not catching up on the entire balance! I travel for work and don't get to snail mail very often. The phone rep basically said "Tough Sh*t"
The other issue is I am single living alone I don't have that much trash so I really believe I should not have to pay the same for less of a service. 1 pickup a week for less money?Hopefully one day the monopoly will end.
