I booked a limo to pick up my sister and 2 yr old niece. I attempted to book on line, but was having issues with booking a car seat (which is a Law). I then called and booked personally requesting a seat. They arrived without it for the trip to the airport and my sister had to hold her daughter on her lap the entire trip.
When I found out I called and spoke with a manager named Taylor or something like that... They offered 10% off another service?! Ha. He even admitted their website was having issues with car seats but they didn't comp or anything respectable in my eyes.
