  • The WORST OF THE WORST OF THE WORST! The only reason I scheduled an appointment here is because it's the only Ortho provider on my provider list. I came in 12/2016, I was told to arrive 30 minutes early - which I did. I checked in, paid my copay, and I was promptly taken back to a room. My vitals were taken and then I sat, and I sat, and I sat, and I sat ... for 2 1/2 hours. Then, I walked out - without seeing the Dr. I received a check in the mail about a month later as a refund for my copay. No apology. Nothing. Almost 18 months later and I'm back. A girl called and confirmed and I received a confirmation email. I went online and completed all the new patient paperwork. I arrive 30 minutes early to check in, and the girl at the front tells me my appointment was canceled. They scheduled me with the wrong Dr. and apparently they didn't figure it out until the morning of my appointment. They said "we've been calling you all morning", I said "it's the day OF the appointment ... and you called last week plus sent an email confirming." Wtf?!? Waste of time. Waste of patience. This place is a joke. I'm mad I had to give it 1 star.
