  • If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!!! TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO HERE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO TO SKYZONE!! Overly expensive, this place is terrible at booking events and the management is VERY CLOSED MINDED about opening on Sundays!! Ridiculous our kids are in school and we can do nights like this during the school week. Sunday is a perfect family day and this place is closed. RIDICULOUS!! I have a family of 8 people and these people forgot to put in their scheduling my kids birthday party so what did they do?!?!? Sorry sir we don't have your information!!!! THATS PATHETIC!! What do you mean!?!? What am I suppose to do with this cake and gifts and people on their way?!? So we called skyzone and they shut down a small area just for us after being REFUSED AT GRAVADY!! Skyzone gave us a 20% discount on the tickets and didn't even charge the party fees that Gravady wanted to charge us due to their careless mistakes. ANYWAYS!!! This place is closed on Sunday's (a very prominent family day) so don't even bother. Their terrible very sub-par customer service puts this place in dead last in my opinion. They don't even clear their messages on their lines so you can't even leave any information for them to earn your business!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! The owner must be real proud of the idiot he has running that place. Or maybe the owner is an idiot himself..... Who knows?? All I know if people if you want an indoor event center to have fun with your kids. Go to sky zone. They have been around longer and obviously know what it is to make the customer feel more important then themselves and their pockets. I hope you guys change your ways or your business will fail with these multiple negative reviews you KEEP GETTING!! No wonder you have 3 stars because your location is going downhill! Hire a new manager with better sense of experience and people skills. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!!!
