  • My wife was hit by a car and broke her femur. Dr. Ferry preformed her surgery. He was fine. If you ever need to call them for anything though, don't expect to have anyone answer the phone. EVER! If you leave a message, which you'll have to, no one will ever call you back. If your insurance company needs to talk to them they will never get a hold of anyone. When you go to the office and see the staff on the phone they're apparently just pretending to talk to people. Dr. Ferry's office assistant, Ernie, is the worst. Learn to answer the phone and return messages from your patients. Worst experience with a doctor's office I ever been a part of. Treat your patients with a little more courtesy and respect.
