Just an awful experience. We went in very playful, happy and excited only to leave hungry, repulsed, and angry.
We were seated across from an unbussed table and watched new customers literally sit there and move the dishes and food around while staff ignored it for an hour.
As for our order, we ordered two steaks, three appetizers, and a chicken sandwich. The steaks came first for some reason. They didn't put the order in for the appetizers. Steaks were cold and raw. I returned mine while my hungry niece tried to chew hers. The chicken sandwich was okay. I asked for the manager. The rest came out before he arrived. An hour after ordering. My niece gave up on her steak just as they returned my very same steak which had been put back on the grill. I couldn't speak for a minute.
We asked for the steaks to be removed from the bill. The manager halved our bill and we still paid $39 for a chicken sandwich and appetizers we had to take with us in boxes.
Four of us are still very hungry and are now looking for a place to go at 9pm as we have more than an hour drive home.
They finally cleaned the table after I complained about it twice.
The site screams apathy. There is evident neglect of the items that are supposed to bring people in, like the connect four where the discs are literally falling apart. If I weren't so upset I would feel sad that I missed it at it's peak. It was probably something great when care was put into it.
