So... I called to talk to someone about putting my kids into the preschool and the girl who answered the phone clearly had absolutely know idea what she was talking about. She stated the wrong family price that was as listed, stated "this gets the kids get into preschool and the adults can do CrossFit" I explained that I hate CrossFit and I'd there anything else I could do there and she said "oh yes for that membership you get access to all of the facilities" (quoted like $260). Then I explained that the family membership listed online is $149 plus tax and she said "oh yeah that's not right..." so I explained it was online to which she just kept saying "yeah that's just wrong, sorry" so I said "well why don't you go ahead and clarify with your manager" then she did, cake back and said "That's CrossFit only" so I asked "okay well how much are single classes if you have a membership" and she said "all of the classes only go up to age 16. All you can do is CrossFit".... So... What are the "other facilities" that were referenced on the first membership? After the person had put me on hold multiple times to try to get clarification I didn't even want to ask more questions because it was clear that I was likely getting incorrect information. Overall I'm not sure how this place has so many great reviews when they have such bad communication with their prospective customers. Pretty disappointing.
