  • I reached out for help with a thermostat and not only did Susie and Kirk correctly diagnose the issue, they explained how to fix it as we were talking about it on yelp. Can't beat that. I'll most definitely be using Croffoot Heating and AC for my future HVAC needs, likely starting with an annual AC inspection in the spring.
