  • I have used them simply to get an oil change because they are near my work and its convenient because i work M-F. Both times i've gone, i was told i needed to leave the car and was quoted out upwards of 1500$ or more for work that needs to be done. Both times, i have asked for them to put air in my tires, which they agreed to do, and then didn't do it. Customer service is terrible and not personable at all. I felt like i was talked to like a child. Both times, i have gotten a second opinion on the additional work they quoted. The first time, i really did need the work that they told me i needed, which was a starter replacement and was quoted 675$ to do so. i took it to my normal mechanic i use and got the same work done for 375$. second time, i was told i had a nail in my tire, one of my motor mounts needed to be replaced and i need a Transmission fluid flush. I just got back from my mechanic and was told literally none of that is needed at this time. Although they offer a cheap oil change, i would never trust them again to do any work to my vehicle.
