  • Wow, all these "amazing service" reviews and I'm over here like wtf.. might have caught them on a bad day.. or two. Only reason for 3 stars is because the products and prices are good and the Henderson location is perfection.. otherwise 1 star based on service. My first and only store front visit was a joke, checked in, check in staff was (with lack of better words..) ghetto and unprofessional. I sat in the waiting room for no exaggeration 25 minutes before going into the back, during this time I was floored with how they conduct business. One girl clocked out, came to the front, and was talking/ yelling thru the waiting area about how she is about to buy her weed and talking between the girl behind the window and another patient (clearly a regular who was not shy about hitting on the girls).. my complaint here is We Are Patients not just coming here to get stoned, this is our medicine. I suggest the staff act that way as well and not be upfront yelling about how they are about to buy some "bomb weed". When I got to the back the bud tender didn't know anything, I knew more than him and i don't know much at all. I asked for "hulk smash" and he kept repeating it and saying "like the hulk?" Like yes man, the damn hulk, hulk smash, how do you not know what strains you have in?! Deliver experience was nonexistent because when I called they were no longer taking orders for the day because they were short staffed.. at 4:00 on a Saturday you cannot do deliveries because you are short staffed?! What a joke. The girl i spoke to on the phone "star" was terribly rude. When I called back star answered again and I asked if I could speak with a manager she was again very very rude and clearly did not want me speaking with her manager, mhm wonder why. I'll go ahead and stick to the Henderson location.
