  • A great experience all around! We visited the store in April to look at swim spas and returned over Mother's Day weekend to make the purchase. We spoke with the Coast Spa rep and he helped us decide which features were important. Ray wrote up the sale and informed us the delivery would be 5-6 weeks, which allowed us to get ready for placement. Six weeks later the delivery was scheduled. The crane operator (not sure of his name) from Houston Crane and Jonathan (Ray's employee) had the old spa out and new one in place and made everything look easy! Jonathan noticed the cover had the wrong hydraulic arms, made a call, left and returned with the correct arms and finished the install. Then he brought in a caddy with chemicals and a laminated instruction sheet that Ray gives with every spa sale. He was very thorough in explaining everything to me which was very appreciated! The next day the electrician (Luis) arrived and hooked everything up. We could not be more pleased with our purchase. Grandkids love it too!!
