  • I came in today to pick up my medical records from my MRI and was told it will take 30 minutes to pick them up. I said I have an errand to run while I wait can I pick them up in possibly 45 min. The lady responded and said they would charge me for the copies because of the late pick up because they destroy them after a certain period of time. So I rushed through my errands to be back in 30 min called the phone to tell the lady I have arrived and sat on hold for 10 minutes. Once she picked up she said she would be right out with my records. I continued to wait another 30 minutes!! Ok so now I have to be on a time schedule and you guys can just pretty much do whatever the fuck you want. Got it! And then when I try and write a review on their comment cards, the paper they printed them on doesn't allow for pen to show up so there goes that idea too. What a joke place that is there for business and doesn't give a shit about you or your schedule. Will never come back and if there is any other option for you to get imaged take it! For the sake of your day and schedule. Screw this place!
